I get it - balancing strength and endurance can feel like a tug-of-war. I’ve been there.
I’ve pushed 300kg squats, benched 170kg, and deadlifted 290kg, but I’ve also run 10km and smashed out a 100km ride.
I know what it’s like to love lifting heavy while wanting to push your limits in other ways too.
I’m here to show you that you don’t have to choose between being strong and being fit - you can have both.


With well over a decade of experience, I provide customised powerlifting, strength and hybrid programs, guidance on transitioning to hybrid training (strength with running or cycling), and high level nutrition guidance.
My programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete.
