How are the programs delivered?

All programs are delivered through a world class, user-friendly online platform (app) where you’ll receive your very own detailed training plans, video demonstrations, and weekly updates to track your progress.

How do I know if your coaching is right for me?

If you're looking to build serious strength, master your technique, or seamlessly transition from strength to hybrid training, my coaching is for you. I offer a free consultation to discuss your goals and ensure my services align with your needs.

Can I combine strength training with running or cycling in your programs?

Yes! I specialise in hybrid training, helping athletes balance strength with endurance activities like running or cycling. I’ll help you develop a program that maximises both.

How often will I receive feedback?

I provide weekly feedback on your workouts, form checks through video submissions, and continuous support via messaging to ensure your progress stays on track.

What equipment do I need?

This depends on your program. Most strength programs require basic gym equipment like barbells, dumbbells, or a squat rack. Hybrid training might also include running or cycling gear. Don't have access to any of this gear? No sweat, I will customise a training plan to suit your current circumstances.

Do I need a gym membership?

Not necessarily! I can design home-based programs if you have access to basic equipment. Let me know your setup, and I’ll customise accordingly.
