👋 Hey! I'm Jacko

I get it - balancing strength and endurance can feel like a tug-of-war. I’ve been there.

I’ve pushed 300kg squats, benched 170kg, and deadlifted 290kg, but I can also run 10km and smash out a 100km ride.

I know what it’s like to love lifting heavy while wanting to push your limits in other ways too.

I’m here to show you that you don’t have to choose between being strong and being fit - you can have both!
